Main Idea or Research Questions:
This paper dealt with many important aspects related to the special needs as the focus of this scientific research. The main research questions are: 1- Do the tech companies giving importance to developing and manufacturing educational aids related to PwD? 2- Do the Arab Countries have plans and strategies to discover mental potiential among PwDs? 3- If proper care is provided for enhancing education for current PwDs, will there be prodigies among them? 4- What are the chances for PwDs excelling if proper and modern educational means are provided to them?
