The watchtower has the following roles:

• Report violations (name and shame) including audio/video and achievements (success map).
• Include awareness information or recommendations or indicators such as a positive rating for accessibility to a given place or noncompliance with standards of inclusiveness.
• Past case studies, newsletters, and annual reports of the hub.
• Make informed decisions or take legal actions and immediate tangible actions like lobbying for changing or stopping violations in order to shape a better future for a fairer world.
